• University degree from related departments
• Strong understanding about digital landscape and its marketing opportunities
• Minimum 4 years of experience in online marketing and online brand management in an agency or consumer branding environment
• Experience of successful creative and performance based online campaigns
• Experience on community management and social media dynamics
• Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
• Proficiency on tools to track and report on analytics, conversion, and traffic
• Excellent project management skills

Job Description :
• Developing, executing and delivering the company’s online marketing strategy, planning and budget to drive the business forward through key online marketing channels.
• Leading SEO strategy, developing and executing solid plans to increase key site performance indicators such as visits, traffic sources, pageviews, unique visitors, etc.
• Managing all online communications to drive traffic and conversion while ensuring performance within cost effective targets.
• Analyzing campaigns, identifying trends to provide fast, accurate reports to optimize and ensure best ROI.
• Identifying and prioritising short term online marketing objectives, creating and communicating campaign briefs to internal and external parties to achieve objectives.
• Develop & execute social media strategy and engage consumers through day-to-day management of the brand presence on social media
• Coordinating online media tracking efforts to listen & report on brand reverb.
