•Develope and execute loyalty program action plan and monitor performance to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI
•Develop and execute specially designed campaigns for loyalty program members
•Identify 3rd party cooperation opportunities and manage relationships with them
•Prioritize and manage appropriate customer segments. Develop strategy and action plans towards growing selected segments and better customer experience
•Monitor performance of segments for constant improvement
•Responsible for loyalty program and segment KPI’s
•Follow trends locally and globally

-University degree from related departments (Industiral Engineering, Business Management..)
-Minimum 4 years of professional experience (with minimum 2 years in CRM)
-Exellent communication skills
-Strong analytical skills and business acumen
-Experience in using analytical tools
-Self motivated, result oriented, strong social skills
